Walking in a Winter Wonderland....

Hey followers! I hope that you all had a great weekend, and a stress free Monday! I woke up to snow today. As I crawled out of bed, I realized I would be having to put on my snow boots!
STOP RIGHT THERE! DO NOT PANIC!
Snow boots do not have to be ugly, clunky, and unfashionable. Luckily as fashion has evolved so has the most needed winter essential. There are many different styles that you can chose from, and mix and match with outfits.
Pair Number 1:

 Coach Boots
Starting at 149.00$

These are the boots I have. The COACH pattern is from a few lines ago, but I could not resist the price( I got these on sale, lower than the price on the site) and I have always been a COACH fan. I tend to wear colors that coordinate with these colors, one reason that I chose this pattern.
The second reason I chose these adorable boots was for the bottoms. Make sure that when picking out snow boots, you check to see what kind of bottom sole they have in order to dodge falling on ice or slick spots on the sidewalk.

Pair Number 2 :
-LLBEAN plaid Quilted Faux Snow boot
(not pictured)
These boots are classic and you can never go wrong. They fold over and have some of the best traction on the bottom for no slip grip.

Pair Number 3:

Sorel Houndstooth Boots starting at 99, Available at Dick's Sporting Goods
This boot is perfect for your Southern Girl. In Bear Bryant's legendary print, with pink laces you can not go wrong. Great traction on the bottom, for slick spots while walking to class or work.

Pair Number 4:

-Naturalizer Black Women’s Rayne Wide Calf Boots ( the link is click able and accessible for ordering online) starting at 80$
These boots are great for you fabulously curvy woman, who may not feel as comfortable in a slimmer boot. They come in a sleek and chic style and color to walk around town in. With the comfortable and safe sole, you will be sure to arrive to work on time, and in a divine set of boots.

Hope you all catch some snowflakes! Stay tuned for Friendly Friday. My first interview with my best friend on why her favorite pair of shoes make her feel like she is walking on sunshine!

Stay sassy;)

"Dancing (all the way home) In My Cowgirl Boots"

Hey followers! Or should I say, Hey Y'all! Have I mentioned yet that I am SUPER excited about Christmas break? To kick off the Christmas spirit I decided to write a dedication to non other than my Durango Cowgirl boots!

Some of you may be wondering, WHAT IN THE HECK CAN I WEAR THESE WITH??!
Cowgirl boots aren't just for "muddin'" and farm work anymore, anyone and everyone (should!) can wear cowgirl boots. Whether from the great city of New York or down south in Atlanta you can get your "southern" on.
Here is a suggestion for all of you,

And for the wonderful ladies on a budget

Oh and before I get going, don't forget to get in the cowgirl spiritwith this great girl power song by Shania Twain

Now head on down to Nashville for a girl's weekend!

My VERY First Post!

Hello fellow Bloggers! Don't mind me, this is my very first post on Blogger! I thought I would try my hand at blogging, not only to get better at writing, but to develop my skills in the communications and public relations field. I thought to myself, "what could I possibly share with the blogging community"?... SHOES of course!
My passion for shoes started when I found a pair of black heels at a local department store. These gems were divine(at least in my opinion!). From that day on, my fascination with shoes began.
So here I am posting my first blog entry on one of my passions, shoes. I hope that you all enjoy reading my ramblings and rants, and hopefully walk away with a little sass!;)
